HOW TO BOOK

1. Check Availability
   As our properties book very early, we ask that you check the availability page for your particular choice.
2. Reserve Your Accommodation
   To reserve you accommodation telephone or email us to confirm availability and obtain a reference number. We will then email you our booking form and hold your reservation  for 7 days until we receive the completed booking form.
3. Submit the Booking Form and Deposit
   Complete the booking form, remembering to include your reference number together with your remittance for the deposit, and forward it to us at the following address:-

Payment should be made by cheque payable to G and C Whiteside. We are unable to accept payment in any currency other then pounds sterling.

If you are booking more than three months in advance of your holiday, send only your booking deposit, which is 25% of the total amount payable.

If you are booking less than three months before your holiday you should send the total amount payable.
On receipt of your completed Booking Form and your remittance we will send you confirmation of your booking and our invoice for the balance of the rent.
