Booking
The signing of the booking form confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on the persons intending to occupy the property whether or not such persons have signed the booking form. A booking between the owner and the person making the booking (the client) is valid only after the booking form has been completed and signed, and the appropriate deposit has been paid to the owner. The deposit should be 25% of the total amount or £150, whichever is the greater. Once the owners have confirmed the booking, the signatory is responsible for the total price of the rental property as agreed. The remaining balance must be paid 3 months prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid at this time, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and the reservation deposit will be forfeit. Bookings made within three months of the commencement date will require full payment with the booking form. Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young people under 21 years of age. Occupancy of the property is limited to the maximum indicated on the property description. The client agrees not to sublet or share the property except with persons nominated on the booking form.
Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel the booking he she should advise the owner immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory letter. On receipt of such notification, the owner will (without obligation to the client) use his best endeavours to obtain a replacement letting and, if such replacement is obtained on the same or better terms, will refund the client any monies paid less the deposit. If the owner is not able to re-let the property he shall be entitled to retain all payments already made. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the owners control necessitates the cancellation of the rental agreement, the owner reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time and will only be liable to refund any monies already paid by the client.
Liability
The owners of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused. The owners cannot accept liability for any loss of rental time due to travel problems, flight delays or cancellations, industrial disputes or any events that are outside our control including any form of Force Majeur. Liability is not accepted by the owner for loss of main services, of failure of appliance, nor for the consequence of the actions or omissions of persons who may control the supply of mains services, nor any action taken within the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control by the owner. There are occasions when it is necessary for swimming pools to be maintained or repaired and the owners cannot accept responsibility for non-use of any service or facility.
Renters Responsibility
The client agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property and to take good care of the property and leave all equipment and utensils in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. In the event that anyone behaves in a way that our management company believes likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to anyone else, the owners and their representatives reserve the right to terminate your let immediately and forthwith. The owners shall not be responsible for any costs you may incur, nor pay any compensation, nor make any refunds due to this action. The client agrees to permit the owners or their management company access to the property at reasonable time during your stay. The owners ask that keys be returned immediately on your return to the UK.
Arrivals and Departures
The apartment should be cleaned and available for occupancy after 2.00 PM on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 AM on the day of departure.
Pets
The owners do not allow animals, birds or reptiles of any kind in the property.
Smoking
For the safety and comfort of all our guests smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
